I have practiced the Silva techniques since 1979 and I have developed a very positive way of thinking and love to share with others. I have many intriguing and exciting success stories including a funny story on the very first day of the class at the lunch break. As a Silva Instructor I am afforded the avenue to help others accomplish a better life for themselves and build their own success stories. I am “Better and Better, every day in every way.”
